As an attorney with more than 34 years of experience, Edward H. Odesser practices business and real estate law in New York. He represents clients at all stages and levels of transaction and litigation—from the contract review and preparation to state, appellate and federal litigation. Mr. Odesser was admitted to the bar in New York in 1976, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York in 1976, the US District Court for the Eastern District of New York in 1977, and the US Supreme Court in 1979.
Mr. Odesser serves on the Real Property Law Committee of the Westchester County Bar association, and is an active member of the New York Bar Association. Estates and trusts
Mr. Odesser was born in the Bronx in 1949 and has remained close to his New York roots. He attended City College of the City University of New York and graduated with a B.A. in 1971. He later attended John Marshall Law School, where he graduated with a J.D. in 1975. Thereafter, he served as an associate for a medium-sized law firm in Manhattan before setting out on his own.
